Returns and Refund Policy
💻 Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
If you experience any issues with your file or download, please contact us at letters@perennialword.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
📦 Physical Products
✅ Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your physical product. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you and issue the refund to the original payment method.
Important:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Promotional gifts
- Sale items
📝 Additional Notes
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 24 hours if there is an error or damage.
Do not send returns to the address shown on the package. We will provide the correct return address once your return has been approved.
